Detailed Income Verification
We use an FCRA-compliant encrypted and secure service to ensure all of our applicants and residents meet the income requirements.
In Depth Credit Check
We complete a credit check to ensure that all our residents will responsibly qualify for our community. Your credit score and debt-to-income ratio will factor into your application approval. However, open bankruptcy will result in denial.
Thorough Background Check
The SYNC Residential systems will automatically deny any applicant with a history of violent, sex-related, or drug-related crimes.
Rental History
Our teams will verify an applicant’s rental history and ensure there is no outstanding debt to a previous landlord and verify rental history.
